Yes, of course. Sample is available, but we could do sample by EXW only. And buyer need to pay double of regular price for the sample cost. (100% will be returned once mass order placed)
5. How long can I expect to get a sample?
The sample will be finished in 7-15days after receiving the payment. It will need about 3-5 days to arrive at your place if send by UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL etc. If to send by air shipment or ocean shipment the time will depends on the actual situation.
6. Can I visit your factory?

7. How long is the lead time for mass production?
For regular metal chairs, lead time is 30-35days; For the new items, the lead time will be a little longer for the first order, but for future orders, the lead time will come regularly.

9. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can't reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), we just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
