Plastic ball production process mainly through the following production process

1. Plastic ball making, injection or blow molding to produce ball shape.

2. Coarsely grind the plastic ball, put the ball blank into the grinding disc matching with the blank size, the upper and lower two concentric rings with the same size, the section of which is triangular groove, and add oil and coarse abrasive.The upper millstone turns, but the lower millstone does not move.The above ball mill is called coarse mill.Roughing can be multitrack as needed. 

3. Clean the oil and coarse abrasive residue stuck on the surface of the plastic ball after each rough grinding.

4. Fine grinding of plastic balls, put the rough-grinding blank into a fine mill, add fine abrasive, and grind it to a standard size.

5. Polishing plastic balls, the process is similar to coarse grinding, fine grinding, generally using a combination of honing and polishing fluid.
