MIC-L45 small automatic silicone sealant tube filling machine is mainly used for aluminum and metal tube filling and sealing. It has been widely used in the fields of pharmacy, cosmetic, food and chemical etc. It is pneumatic controlled, with 1 filling head and tube tail folding stations. It has total 18 positions for filling and sealing. And materials such as paste, adhesives, AB glue, epoxy glue, skin cream, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste, RTV silicone etc., are all applicable.

Working Steps
STEP1: Manually put tubes into the molds on the plate (16 points).
STEP2: Tubes point located by the device (color sensor optional).
STEP3: Start filling when the tube is sensed by the light.
STEP4: 4 folds sealing1 and output finished products.

Each filling the tube base will up.
For high-viscosity materials and contact with air, the materials deteriorate,
Bottom filling method, bottom of tube has no air.






Specific Filling Head- Air-blow cutting system
Suitable for high viscosity products, help cutting products filling into tubes.






The Nitrogen Dosing Filling system
Expel the air in the metal tube and fill with nitrogen, also to prevent the material from reacting with it.





Pressed Material Machine
Add a material pressing machine, for pressing high viscosity material, contact with aluminum tube filling head , then help the material filling.
