A: We Loated in Huzhou city ,ZheJiang Province ,It is about 1.5 hours from Hangzhou Airport by car
Q2. Can I visit your factory?
A: Sure, we have our factory in Huzhou City, China. If you want to have a visit to our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. Factory visting is the best way to know us .
Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design .
Q4: Can we get samples ?
A: We can surely offer you samples, so you can check the quality at first. Some time free samples regarding customer situation.
Q5: What is the lead time?
A: For the small order with fabric in stock, we can deliver in 7-15 days. For 40HQ container , the lead time is usually 40-45 days after the deposit.
Q6: Do Customization avaialbe?
A: Of course ,Custom made is our advantage . Any particular product request kindly send pictures to us.
Q7: Can you give warranty of your products?
We will compensate for any non-human damage on our product when goods arrive in your place. Here is the compensation:
Situation1: If the product can be repaired and sold again, materials and tools are offered for free .
Situation2: If Product damage is serious and product could not be repaired , we offer free supply of the same product (same quantity) in the next container.
Caution: We are not responsible for any damage during shipment, so please confirm and make sure everything is complete after unpacking
