1. how it works?

Vacuum transfer printing (sublimation) process is base on the physical reaction between the special inks and a powder-coated substrate (or wet paint, electroplating). At the correct temperature and pressure, the pigment inks transfer from a paper or film and are absorbed into the coating layer. Because the inks are first printed onto a paper or film, the photographic reproduction of any design or pattern is possible. 

 2.  Main feature

 This is our  Multi-function sublimation machine (US-2). We designed 4 kinds working table. These working table can be quick install and disassembly. So US-2 is suitable for various products,such as aluminum & steel profile,cabinet,steel door, window, any kinds of pattern can be transferred to your products,like wood grain, marble effect and special design.
