Product Description
Vee Packing, also known as chevron packing is a highly adaptive sealing product which is used in telescoping truck hoists, pumps and valves. Vee packing comprises of a set of “V” shaped components which when brought together form a complete Vee Packing. These sets have varying number of center vees which form the top and bottom components of a vee packing. It is also known as Vee packs or or simply V packing.

Direction for use
1. Clean V-rings, mating surfaces and shafts.
2. Ensure that the shaft is dry and free of grease or oil, especially in the absence of axial support.
3. When installing V-ring, lubricate the lip with a layer of grease or silicone oil film.
4. In applications where friction must be minimized, a low friction lubricant should be applied to the mating surface. Do not apply grease on the sealed lip.
5. Verify whether the V-ring is evenly stretched around the shaft
