Product Description


 GDDJ-DGA Transformer Oil Chromatography On-line Monitoring System (Multi-component Principle) is an on-line monitoring product for dissolved multi-component gas in transformer oil based on gas chromatography technology. The system can detect the content of all-component gas dissolved in the transformer oil online according to the set cycle. The expert system can determine whether there is a latent fault, whether it is a overheat fault or a discharge fault, and alarm according to the set alarm value.


The device adopts distributed control sampling technology and has self-diagnosis and self-recovery functions. Each functional module has weak coupling and independent functions. It adopts a rack-mount architecture to facilitate engineering maintenance.


 


Function & Principle


 


GDDJ-DGA consists of four parts: carrier gas unit, degassing unit, column oven unit and main control unit, as shown in Figure 1.

Features



  • No need to change the bottle for ventilation, uninterrupted throughout the year, maintenance-free.

  • On-line detection the concentration and growth rate of H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H2, C2H6, H2O.

  • The structure adopts standard chassis, modular design, compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, high expandability, and easy integration with other monitoring devices.

  • No circulation pump type quantitative cleaning cycle sampling method, truly reacting dissolved gas state in transformer oil.

  • No vacuum pump type vacuum degassing mode; stable degassing rate, simple structure, reliable performance, no pollution, no emission.

  • Special composite chromatography column to improve the separation degree of gas components.

  • Original linear detector, the monitoring data is real and credible, and the monitoring results are very close to the error of laboratory data.

  • Independent temperature and humidity control unit inside the column oven, eliminating the influence of regional and seasonal factors on the operation of the equipment.

  • High stability, high precision gas detection technology, the error range is ±10%,  which is better than ±30% index of offline chromatography.

  • Data acquisition accuracy is high, using Δ-ε, 24-bit ADC and digital filtering. Graph data acquisition using automatic calibration and other technologies

  • Multiple mode of data display and query, supply report and trend graph, storage life of historical data is 10 years.

  • Strong environmental adaptability, successful application in the cold, high temperature, high humidity, high altitude area.

  • Strong anti-interference ability, adopting various technologies such as photoelectric isolation to improve anti-interference ability, electromagnetic compatibility meets relevant standards.

  • With two levels of alarm function, the alarm signal can be far transmitted.

  • Minimum detection time is about 40 minutes, and the detection period can be set by the customer.

  • Full oil return technology, no contact with chromatographic carrier gas in the process of oil sample degassing, using various means to control, to ensure that the oil sample returned to the transformer body fully meets the requirements.

  • Strengthen the system fault diagnosis function, provide improved three-ratio method, David's triangle method and cube diagram method, and give the diagnosis results.

  • Data is transmitted by various communication modes. RS485, IEC61850, I2, GPRS, wireless and SMS are optional for data transmission.

  • Supports Ethernet/fiber interface for full digital. Remote data transfer, device control and parameter settings

  • On-site calibration can be done automatically with standard oil or gas, with automatic cleaning function.
