1.When can I get the price?

   A:If your  detail of the bags is enough , we will quote for you in 1 hours on working time, and will quote in 6 hours on off-work time. 
We generally need below information to quote: Bag’s shape(Usage), Material, Color, Size(length,wide), Quantity, Surface finishing.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
   A:After price confirmation, you can require fr samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight. 
If you need printed samples, we will charge about $300-500 to cover the cost.

3.What kind of files do you accept for printing? 
   A:AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high resolution JPG

4.Can you do the design for us?
   A:Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in plastic packaging design and manufacturing.
Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect plastic bag or label.
It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

5.How long can I expect to get the sample?
   A:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7~12 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-7 days.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?
   A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.

7.What is your terms of price?
   A:We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

8.Terms of payment?
   A:1.40% as deposit, 60% balance before delivery.
