Caster is generally divided into plastic and hardware two major parts, the two major parts have their own different production process.

1. Injection molding

dry material - blanking - injection molding - ejector - trimming - cooling - bearing mounting

2. Hardware

Open the embryonic -- pressing -- drilling -- forming -- (heat treatment -- electroplating)

After these two parts are completed, they shall be assembled, packed and put into storage in the assembly workshop.
