1. Adjust the operation data of the machine, such as the voltage of heating tube and the time of working process of the machine.
2. It has the button function, which can control the rise and fall of the upper pressure cylinder for bending, the advance and retreat of the cylinder for socketing, as well as the blowing air shaping or cooling of the tube.
The heating oven
This part is heating oven.Before bending the pipes, you need to put the pipes in the oven for 30 to 40 seconds, then you can take it out to bend on the moulds. The temperature of the heating oven is about 100 to150 centigrade.
Far infrared heating rods
Far infrared heater has simple structure, and easy to install, operation and maintenance.
The far infrared heater adopts the automatic operation control, which is beneficial to control the heating temperature.
