Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer ? A: We are a trading company and own a factory.
Q: Is it OK to print my logo on the products? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: What is your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample for free if we have them in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. If there is none in stock, the customers have to pay both the samples cost and the courier cost.
Q: What is your terms of payment ? A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shippment.
Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally it is 15-25 days after sample confirmed and receiving the deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
