Coconut oil is obtained from coconut meat (dry), which is white or light yellow fat. Coconut meat (dry) contains 65% - 74% oil and 4% - 7% water When the temperature is above 24 ℃, the oil is liquid. The color of the oil is transparent and light yellow, without turbidity, impurities or peculiar smell. It is below 24 ℃, oil is solid, the color and appearance of oil is pure and white like snow, without peculiar smell. Coconut oil is widely used in the food industry. It is also used in the non food industry. Cold pressed coconut oil is mostly made of fresh coconut. The liquid state of this oil is clear and white after curing. Without high temperature and chemical treatment, the oil retains its original ingredients and has the special smell and taste of coconut.
