Q1: Are you a factory or a trade company? How many people work in your company?
A: We are a factory and we have 80 workers till this year.
Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. About 25 mins from Cangnan train station and 1 hour from Wenzhou airport. It's so convinient.
Q3: How much is your product? And what's your term of payment?
A: The price is depended on the requirement of size, material, color printing, quantity and finishing.
Pls feel free to tell us these factor first so that we could give you an exact price.
And we can accept T/T , 30% deposit, balance by copy of BL or west union.
Q4: How long can I get them?
A: Normally, samples need 7-10 days.
Mass production need 20-35 days.
Q5: Can I get a sample for free?
A: If our present samples are satisfied for you, there will be only need to pay freight for you.
However, if you want to customized, some samples fee and freight will be needed. If your mass production reach our quantity, the sample fee will be refund.
Q6: Wha's the terms of shipment?
A: By sea for bulk order, by air or express for small order or sample.
