*The general producing process of tongue depressor making machines:

1.Cutting the wood logs into segments with certain length as required.

2.Soaking and boiling the wood segments with required time.

3.Peeling the wood segments and then using the rotary cutter to process them into wood veneer.

4.Cutting the veneer into ice cream shape by die cutting machine.

5.Drying and polishing the ice cream sticks by drying and polsimachine.

6.Selecting the unqualified sticks out by selecting machine.

7.Chamfering the ice cream sticks into smooth half round edge and more standard shape.

8.Branding the stick with logos
