Limestone slurry horizontal tube drum dryer is divided into623,625,628,6210 and 6220.The three-return dryer is a choice equipment for drying non-cohesive materials such as reiver sand and sand. As long as the materials which can be dispersed naturally after being loosened by hand, they can be dried by a three-return dryer.
The so-called three-return dryer is a high-efficiency dryer equipment with three-layer heat insulation effect and self-insulation structure.It is reasonably inlaid by three cylinders according to certain mathematical relationship, which effectively prevents heat emission. Its heat value utilization rate can reach more than 90%, and it is an industrial dryer with high heat energy utilization rate at present. The main advantage is that the heat preservation effect is better than that of the traditional single drum dryer. The dryer consists of inner drum, middle drum and outer drum to form a self-insulation circulating structure, which has higher working efficiency, more energy-saving and environmental production.

Working Principle


Material are delivered to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator . Then they go into the charger tip by passing through the pipe of charger. When materials go into the tip of the dryer , heat carrier go into the dryer with material.After that ,they go into the discharging exit by passing through inner rum , middle drum and outer drum to go into the discharging storehouse.After heat carrier pass through the dryer it needs cyclone dust collectors to gather in the material within the gas . If you want to reduce the amount ofdust within tail gas , you should use bag duster or wet process duster to discharge .Then, materials are sifted and segregated qualified production by linear vibrating screen .
