A: Generally 3-7 days(ePacket 7-15 days) once get your payment. If do customization, 15-25 days.

Q: 3.What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, MoneyGram. For OEM/ODM order 40%depositi + 60%balance paid before shipment.(The buyer should responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country)

Q: 4.Do you offer samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, for sure. Sample fee will be refunded when the bulk order meets MOQ. 

Q: 5.If I have my own design, can you make it?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM, just please send your design and requirement(size,color,etc), we will give you evaluation and quotation within 2 days.

Q: 6.How can I get the discount?
A: For big order and regular customers, pls contact us, we will give reasonable discounts. 

Q: 7.What's your after sales service?
