In our Spring Facility, we manufacture "Bonnell Spring" for Mattress and Sofa Manufacturers from all world . The Height of "Bonnell Spring" can be manufactured from 100mm to 200 mm with 4-5-6 turns. Head diameter is from ø58 mm to ø90 mm with steel wire diameter from 1,90 mm to 2,45 mm. We apply heat treatment on "Bonnell Spring" in order to prevent sagging.

We are real factory ,if you have interest, we can show you workshop video of our factory.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit?

Dingsheng is located in Ganzhou city, we can arrange a car to pick you to our factory if possible.

Yes, no problem.

4. Do I need to pay for samples?

We have no charge on samples, but you need to pay freight cost. If you require proofing sample before your mass volume production order, we do charge sample fee.
