Our Service
After-sale Service
1. We will reply to the lead time within 24 hours after receving the customer's confirmation of each order.
2. Take photos of the goods during production and send them to customers.
3. Take pictures of goods after packaging and labeling and send them to customers. Send the packing list to the customer after the goods enter the box.
4. Take photos of goods loading before shipment, and arrange the customs clearance information of goods and send them to customers.
5.Send ETD and ETA to customers after the goods get on board.
6. We will track the logistics information and update it to the customer at any time if the goods are delivered by express.
7. We will remind the customer to prepare the customs clearance documents for the goods before they arrive at the port.

9. Ask the customer for feedback on the market.
Other cases
1. When the customer finds missing parts after receiving the goods, we will handle them in time, ask the customer which model and parts are missing, and reissue them to the customer in time, or reissue them together with the next goods;
2. When the customer receives the goods and the packaging of the products is damaged due to physical/express transportation problems, we immediately consult with the freight company and send new packaging materials to the customer in time to avoid affecting the customer's product sales.
