The fuselage has two specials inlets and outlet valves for sucking in and discharging materials. The material of this product is a high molecular polymer with water as the dispersion medium. Scope of applicatio

Ingredient
Part A is the main agent, and component B is the curing agent. The AB is placed in two 25KG barrels and then filled with water. Stir and dissolve. After the dissolution was completed, A was mixed in equal amounts and the curing time was tested. In general, the curing time is 3-5 minutes, and the effect of using wet water is better.
The amount of addition in group B is proportional to the curing time, that is, the faster the curing time is, the faster the group B is added. For the blended B group, add N times dilution of clean water to prolong the curing time.
Two-liquid grouting machine instructions:
1. Prepare 2 plastic buckets and water 25 kg respectively;
2. Re-water curing powder A material 4000g and B material 500g are respectively poured into two different plastic barrels A and B barrels;
3. Then put the two straws into the A bucket and the B bucket respectively;
4. Then pull the two-liquid gun head switch gate to the open state, and start the electric drill switch to continuously increase the powder into the structure body. When the powder overflows from the surface, first close the drill switch, then close the gun head switch, and switch the valve up and down. The swing is loose and pulled out.
5. After the construction is closed, it must be cleaned with professional cleaning agent for 3-5 minutes. The next time you use it again, the A material can only be poured into the A barrel. The B material can only be poured into the B barrel. Do not mix the A material with the B material.
Repair tips:
If the machine is not cleaned in time, there are dirty things in the material, steel balls, spring erosion and other issues, there will be no water absorption phenomenon, please replace the O-ring in the box; if the pressure can not be hit, when the machine starts, first Do not install high-pressure pipe, directly fill the water to the three-way (the new machine does not absorb water because the engine oil is added to the square before leaving the factory, causing the steel ball to stick to the spring, and also to the water in the three-way); if pumping If there is leakage, please replace the V-ring; if the machine is used for too long, please add butter to the drill in time, otherwise the rotor will not turn.
When disassembling the square, please note that the spring has a large head with the small head facing down and the steel ball under the small head.
