Rice husk briquette machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick, it is equipped with the auto-controlling heating system. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod. During this process, no need to use binder and noxious chemical.
Raw material: sawdust, straw, wood chips, tree branches, tree bark, rice husk, crop stalks, corn stalk, maize husk, fire wood, sugarcane bagasee, coffee husk, peanut shell, jute stick, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste etc. Size 3-5mm, moisture less than 12%.
