1.2 If the motor is used as the power, the grounding of the machine must be safe and reliable. The power supply end must be equipped with a leakage protection switch or a safety protection device.
1.3 (CD 15W-40) oil should be added to the crankcase. The oil level should be half of the oil mark. It is strictly prohibited to operate before the lubrication is added.
1.4 When stopping the use, the power of the pump should be cut off first, then the water source should be turned off.
1.5 The pump outlet pressure should be matched properly. When used, the pump pressure must not exceed the large working pressure.
1.6 In order to prevent impurities from being sucked into the inlet pipe, a filter with sufficient filtration area must be installed, and the mesh size is required to be no less than 40 mesh/inch.

2.1 Features
      The LM type three-cylinder plunger pump is a high-pressure, high-speed light and small three-cylinder plunger pump. The pump has a high speed and can be directly connected to a 4-pole motor without the need for a deceleration device.
      The pump is compact, small in size and light in weight.
2.2 Use
      The device is mainly used for conveying normal temperature and clear water.

3 working principle

          The power is converted into the reciprocating motion of the plunger through the crank linkage mechanism. When the plunger is retracted, the inlet valve is opened and the outlet valve is closed due to the vacuum suction, and the water is sucked into the cylinder; when the plunger advances, As the water pressure in the pump rises, the inlet valve is closed, the outlet valve is opened, and the high pressure water is discharged from the outlet valve through the high pressure pipe.

      The establishment of the pump pressure depends on the damping of the pump outlet. If the damping is large, the pressure is high, and vice versa.

4 pressure regulating valve

         The pressure regulating valve is mainly composed of a pressure regulating cover, a pressure regulating spring, a valve stem and a ball valve seat, a check valve seat and a check valve core.

Therefore, the use of the unloading valve is an effective method for energy saving. Under normal circumstances, it can save about 30%.

5 use and operation

5.1 Preparation

       Before use, the lubricating oil (N68-GB3142-82) should be injected into the crankcase to half of the oil mark.

       Connect the matching water outlet pipe, water inlet pipe, water suction filter and bypass pipe to check whether the fasteners and each pipe joint are loose.
       Connect the pump inlet and outlet pipes, and install a filter device of not less than 40 mesh/inch at the inlet pipe to prevent debris from entering the pump and affect the normal operation of the pump.

5.2 Startup and operation
       Generally, the unloading valve has been adjusted to the rated pressure, no need to adjust. If it needs to be adjusted again, the gun should be fired first. After the gun is fired, the pressure regulating handwheel of the unloading valve is rotated to make the pressure reach the predetermined value. , you can start working.
