Product Description
1. Introduction:
BTK-4540 automatic carton forming and sealing machine is the latest product developed by our company. It is manufactured with international advanced technology and imported parts, electrical components and pneumatic components. It has the advantages of wide application range and high production efficiency.
The machine handles various cartons of different sizes by simply setting the box, folding into the lower wing and pasting tape. The machine has the characteristics of rational design, precision and durability of the parts, long service life and high efficiency. The tape divider has three rolls of compacting tape, and the former divider has only two rolls. Therefore, the tape operation becomes more stable, and the quality of tape sticking is impeccable. The equipment can be operated on a single machine, or can be used in conjunction with an automatic assembly line.

2. Performance characteristics:
1. Arrangement supply device: The machine sends out the shaped box directly, so it is convenient to select the loading position or packing position of the product.
2. Devices for supplying preformed boxes in turn: select a box from the stack of boxes and make boxes.
3. Pin Pick-up: Pin into the depression of corrugated cardboard and unfold the box, which is more accurate than the previous vacuum cushion.
4. Made with international advanced technology and imported parts, electrical components and pneumatic components.
5. Vertical storage of cardboard is adopted, and cardboard can be replenished at any time without shutdown.
6. The machine body is light, the performance of the parts is precise and durable, the operation process is non-vibration, the operation is stable, the service life is long, and the efficiency is high.
7. The lower part of the belt operation, driven by the side conveyor belt, passes through the machine, with a belt splitter to quickly and easily paste the belt.
8. Suitable for the same carton size packaging at the same time. If you need to change the specifications of cartons, you can deal with various cartons of different sizes through simple settings.
9. Rationalized design, synchronous separation of loading cartons, folding and sealing of a synchronous forming.
10. Install blade protection device to avoid accidental stabbing during operation. It can be operated on a single machine or matched with the automation pipeline, so it has strong flexibility.
11. The machine has alarm functions such as box missing, box sealing errors, no tape, safety door opening, etc. It greatly reduces the rate of box sealing errors and avoids operation accidents.
