1.What's your payment term?
Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, etc.
2.What's your production lead time ?
Normally, our lead time is 30~45 days after order confirmation. If you are in urgent, we will try our best to meet your requirement.
3.Can you accept private label ?
Yes, private label is acceptable. We supply OEM service, you can put your logo on the labels and boxes. You can send us your artwork when ordering. We have our own professional design team. We can design it for you if requested .
4.How can I get a sample?
The sample can be free, please cover the freight . We can send you samples via DHL , Fedex , TNT, UPS etc. May I have your full address? We will check the cost for you .
5. Is it workable to different skin?
We use food grade ingredients and it is 100% dissolved in water, it is safety to all skin.
6. If the product has quality problems, what should i do?
