Application:
This ipx56 etst equipment is main to test the physical and other related properties of the products in the environment of simulated rain, such as electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components. After the test, through the test result to determine whether the performance of products meet the requirements in order to facilitate product design, improvement, testing and factory inspection.
Features:
There are two types of spray guns, one is a hose with a nozzle diameter of 6.3 mm; the other is a hose with a nozzle diameter of 12.5 mm. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is both corrosion resistant and beautiful. The spray angle of the spray gun can be swung up and down, so that the equipment can increase the accuracy when testing the waterproof test. Of course, the up and down swing amplitude and duration of the spray gun can be controlled by the operation panel.

The difference between IPX5 and IPX6 in the IPX56 water spray tester is the following:
1. The IPX5 waterproof rating specifies a spray gun aperture of 6.3mm and the IPX6 waterproof rating specifies a spray gun aperture of 12.5mm.
2. The water flow rate of IPX5 waterproof grade is 12.5±0.625L/min, and the water flow of IPX6 waterproof grade is 100±5L/min.
3. In the IPX5 waterproof grade, the center of the main water flow is about 40mm in diameter from the nozzle 2.5m; in the IPX6 waterproof grade, the central part of the main water flow is about 12mm from the nozzle 2.5.
IPX5 and IPX6 have a test time of at least 3 minutes and a nozzle to case surface distance of 2.5m-3m.
