Q: About HEPA filter lifetime A: Normally the filter will need to be replaced every 6 months. The lifetime will vary depending on the hours of usage, air quality and location of the air purifier. Clean the dust and contaminants with vacuum cleaner or hair dryer(cool air) and dry it out in the sun for 3 hours to maintain the best purifying effect.
Q : Can you do OEM business? A: Yes. We've made a lot of customized products for our customers so far. And we've made many moulds for our customers already. About customized packaging, we can put your logo or other labels on the packaging. It's no problem. Just have to point out that , it will cause some additional cost.
Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ? A: Yes, we can provide samples for test or quality checking. And sample cost will be refunded when bulk order is over MOQ.
Q : How to ship my order? Is it safe? A: For samples, we will send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS. That's a Door to Door service. For bulk orders, we will send them by air or by sea. We will use good packing and ensure the safety. We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.
