What Comes With My Frame?
MDF back plate with easel for tabletop – A4 or smaller
MDF back plate with hook for wall hanging (horizontal & vertical) – all sizes
Glass or transparent acrylic front plate – all sizes
Acrylic is the default for all frames in order to increase the durability of your frame during shipping.
A thin plastic film protects both sides of acrylic during shipping and retail display. The film, which should be taken off before use, is easily removed by hand. Each frame with 4pcs paper corner protection and shrink film.
Customized color & size of frames are welcome.

1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory, so we have price advantage than trading company.And more easy communicated to go directly.
2. Can we get some samples? Any charges? Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost will be on your side. Sample charge is only for customized design. If your quantity is above 1000pcs, sample charge can refund when order confirmed.
3. How can we get a quote? When can I get the price? Please offer the specification of the product, such as material,size,shape,color,quantity,surface finishing, etc. We can keep in touch with u by Alitlk, Email, Skype, Whatsapp, Wechat and so on. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 4. What's the trade term and payment term? 30% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, L/C, Paypal. Can be negotiated.
5. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation? Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation. 6. How long can I get the sample? After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.The samples will be sent to your via express and arrive in 3-5 days .
7. What about the lead time? It depends on the products. Normally 10 to 30 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8. How can I know if my goods have been shipped? Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option? DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, By air, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 15 to 30 workdays by sea.
10. Do you have MOQ? Depends on different ideas, can be negotiated. We welcome small orders.
