·How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check quality. It usually takes 3-15 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made. Samples under 0.5m2 are free. The clients need to cover the freight cost.
·How can I pay the sample fee and freight cost?
VIFLOOR work with DHL and UPS, our agreed freight rate is about 50% discount. We will weight the samples before we ship to you, freight can be paid by Paypal or by Western Union. You can also collect the samples by your preferred courier.
·Can you Design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team in the R&D department. Just tell us ideas, and we will help to carry out your plan into the design and follow with actual sampling.
·How long can I expect to get the sample.
It usually takes 3-15 days to finish the samples. The sample delivery time would be from 3-5 work days depends on the express company you choose.
·What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The average delivery time is around 30-45 days.
·What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
