EF-180H Single head pipe chamfering machine stud bolt chamfering machine rod chamfering machine is controlled by hydraulic system. Manual feeding / retracting , clamping by hydraulic. The clamping die and cutter head special designed to finish the processing of the inner and outer sharp edge together with the end surface at same time for pipe. Particularly suitable for mass production of pipes or bar end chamfering /beveling process. It was widely used in automobile fittings ( oil pipe for brake, muffler, seats), motorcycle, fitness equipment, air-conditioning, bicycle, steel furniture, sanitary wares, shipbuilding, boiler and chemical industry.

1) The clamp and cutter head are special designed to guarantee the central line of workpiece and cutter head is exactly aligned. The inner and outer sharp edge together with the end surface can be processed at same time.
2) Different materials correspond to different rotational speed which achieved by changing of different belt pulley.
3) To ensure the alignment of the centerline between the workpiece and cutter head, the clamping die and cutter head are precisely designed to ensure the processing evenly all the time.
