Working principle

The effective crushing of materials by the roller press is based on the principle of single particle crushing group of large energy input, that is, intergranular crushing. The way to achieve the crushing principle is to use a pair of grinding rolls with opposite rotation, one for the moving roller and one for the fixed roller. Among them, the bearing seat of the active roller is connected with the hydraulic system that provides pressure, and the fixed roller is fixed in the inner cavity of the main frame. The moving roller applied high pressure to the material under under the pressure of the hydraulic system will continue to crush effectively through the material in the pressure area between the two grinding rolls. Through the observation of high magnification microscope, we can find that the crushed material surface is covered with cracks, which shows that not only the granularity of the material is greatly reduced, but also its abrasiveness is significantly improved, which will play a crucial role in greatly increasing production and saving energy of the grinding system.
