MDF
MDF: MDF is a versatile building material that is cost effective / suitable for shelving, lockers and decorative engineering / cheaper than plywood / widely used in furniture and home, office and retail companies
MDF uses plant fiber as raw material, urea-formaldehyde resin or other synthetic resin. Under the condition of density plate with heating pressure suppression range of 0.50~0.88 g / cm3, other suitable additives can be added to improve the performance of the board.
LVL(Laminated Veneer Lumber).
LVL is made of raw wood as raw material or planed to make a single board. After drying and applying glue, it is made of sheet material which is followed by the smooth grain or most of the grain of the ciliate.
It has the structural features of solid wood saw lumber: high strength, great toughness, good stability and precise specifications, three times more than solid wood sawing in strength and toughness.
