Application and Features
The machine is suitable for making fresh flower bags or other hot side sealing cutting bags with BOPP, PP, PE, etc. The machine adopts touch screen type microcomputer with PLC system in fixing cutting length, photoelectric device in tracing, limit stopping machine, automatic counter, automatic edge position rectifier, number alarm and double rolls unwinding, bag-neck cutter by inch and multi-position holing unit (it can be equipped with an additional side-sealing blade). It is widely used in making all kinds of special shaped bags, such as fresh flower bags, flower pot bag, vegetable bag, tie’ bags, bottle-shaped bags, fruit freshness protection package.

- 1). This machine adopts man-machine interface, and the whole machine integrated PLC operating system.
- 2). Fully automatic stacking conveyor, don't need workers to pick bags up from conveyor unit.
- 3). Stack held together with automatic hot needles.
- 4). High accuracy outfeed length controlled by AC servo motor.
- 5). Precise tracking and high accuracy positioning printing controlled by precision photocell.
- 6). 2 material rolls (2 printed rolls avialable) at unwinder work simultaneously, and
double automatic edge positioning controller (EPC).
- 7). Automatic double taper tension, double air shafts for unwinding.
- 8). Easy and quick to change and set different bag shapes and sizes.
- 9). Clean, elegant and secure sealing.
- 10). High efficiency, long term operations.
- 11). Easy to operate, several machines can be operated by one person at the same time.
