Product introduction:this type of rotary kiln could be equipped with a vertical pre-heater and a vertical cooler to form a calcination system of energy-saving rotary kiln,which is characterized by such features including high usage rate of raw material,complete burning,even distribution of final product,high capacity,energy saving,long life-span,etc.

Raw material required:

 

1.limestone:the physical size of limestone should be between 10 and 40mm,size larger than 40mm or smaller than 10mm not surpassing 5%in total,maximum size below 50mm.

 

2.fuel:coal gas,natural gas,or coal,etc.,each can be used as fuel.

 

 

Production technics

 

1.storage and transit of limestone

 

Limestone sized between 10-50mm is transited to plant and stored in storing area,which shall be moved by a loader in production.Loader moves standard–sized limestone to reception chute,and from the reception chute to the quantified feeder,and from the feeder to belt conveyor that shall transit the limestone to screen tower.After screening,qualified limestone will be transited by a belt conveyor to the hopper installed on the top of pre-heater.

 

2.calcination of limestone

 

Limestone calcination system is mainly composed of vertical pre-heater,rotary kiln,and vertical cooler.From the hopper on the top of pre-heater,limestone flows via chute pipe to the pre-heater,and simultaneously the high temperature flue gas from rotary kiln pre-heats the limestone to more than 1000℃,which can decompose the limestone partly,and then by hydraulic pushing-rod the limestone is pushed to the discharge end of rotary kiln,after the high-temperature calcination of rotary kiln,limestone is discharged to the cooler,which will be cooled by the cold air from the blower that cools the limestone to ambient temperature+60℃and then discharged from the cooler.The cold air suctioned by the blower shall be worked as secondary air to participate in the burning process.

 

3.final product transit

 

The finished lime shall be transited to separate lime silos by different conveyors after discharged from cooler.

 

4.flue gas treatment

 

The high temperature flue gas produced by rotary kiln,after heat exchange with limestone in the pre-heater,shall abate to 250℃,and then enters cyclone dust collector for preliminary dust collection,by which the large particle dust is collected before entering bag filter,then after the filtering it is discharged in the atmosphere via a high temperature blower,whose dust density is below 30 mg/m3.A cold air control system has been installed beside the entrance of bag filter for its protection.
