A1  :  We are leading manufacturer of washi tape in China.We could control full production line of the washi tape, paper printing, adhesive coating, rewinding, cutting and packaging,so as to control the quality by our own.

A2  :  For custom CMYK print washi tape,our MOQ is 50rolls per design (designs could be set on one printing plate)

           For custom CMYK with any foil washi tape OR other technique, our MOQ is 100 rolls per design.

           For factory Stock patterns: MOQ is 1 rolls/ designs. 

A3  :  We could sign an agreement to guarantee with you and normally we wont upload customers's designs on Internet or in other way.

A4  :  Sampling cost is USD 78/job for CMYK Printing plate;USD158/job for Gold foil printing plate. Different technique washi tape will have different sampling and machine set up cost.
           Here we have suggestion to save cost : we could digital print your designs in washi flat paper and send you so you could know the quality of our washi paper and the design colors (digital print is 85% similar with printing machine).This service is free of charge and just need you to bear the shipping cost

A5  :  The designs show on our website just for our production ability showcase, and the tapes or designs are not for sell.

A6  :  We have QC department ,and QC leader Mrs Huang will have quality inspection of the samifinished products, ready made products . Also we welcome your QC coordinator here to inspect with us befroe shippment.

A7  :  For stock designs ,we could ship within 3working days after your payment submitted.        For custom order ,normally the production time is 15-20working days regards of the quantity of order.
