Description:
Plastic crusher is mainly used to crush various plastic and rubber products, such as plastic profiles, pipes, rods, wires, films, waste rubber products. Granules can be directly used in extruders or injection moulding, or can be regenerated through basic granulation. Another kind of plastic crusher is the auxiliary equipment of the injection moulding machine, which can crush and recycle the defective products and nozzle materials produced by the injection moulding machine.
Working principle:
The plastic crusher drives the cutter disc to rotate at high speed by electric motor. During the process of high speed rotation of the moving blades, the relative movement between the moving blades and the fixed blades is formed. The gap between the moving blades and the fixed blades causes the plastic crushing and shearing incision, thus crushing the large plastic. The crushed plastic is filtered and exported through the screen.
