Silicone, Room Temperature Vulcanization, two-component silicone YD-820, is two-component compound. Its vulcanization is carried out at room temperature, and the two groups of compounds react under the action of the catalyst by adding an appropriate amount of curing agent. Thus forming a flexible, elastic silicone. Silicone YD-820, has excellent fluidity, good operability, no deformation, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no expansion, good tensile strength, good tear strength, many times of mold overturning. It can be used repeatedly. This product is suitable for small and medium-sized products with precise small or complicated patterns,the product is easy to demould and shrinkage rate can reach two thousandths.

4. How to make the silicone mould to use longer time?

--The best way is:

1)Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your applications.

2)Don’t use too much oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become soft.

3)Silicone mould can be used for a long time , it’s better to wait 2 hours after the mould completely cured

5. Why bubbles occurred after mixing the part A and part B ?

 --This is normal physical phenomenon. Because the silicone rubber is a liquid with viscous,it will produce some bubbles when mixing, so you'd better to use vacuum machine to remove the bubbles before pouring.
