Q1. Are you just a trading company?

No, we are not a trading company only. Firstly we have ever been a manufacturer of bamboo products for export for more than 20years, then we transformed to a trading company for export. We have rich experience in a whole line from raw materials selection, production, quality control, selling and after-sales service.   

Q2. Can you add our logo to bamboo chopsticks or make our own design of paper envelops?

Yes, we can add your logo to some of bamboo chopsticks, but not all.

You can make your own design of paper envelops, but the MOQ of paper envelops is 300,000pcs.

Q3. What is your MOQ for the product?
Different items will have different MOQ.

Low MOQ is acceptable for the convenience of our customers to mix our different products together into one container.

Q4. What is your production time?
Our standard production lead time is 30~40 days, but it need to be reconfirmed in the peak season.

Q5. Can you provide samples free of charge?
Yes, we always provide samples in stock free of charge, but the freight charge will be borne by our customer.

Q6. What kind of payment terms do you accept?

We are quite flexible on the payment terms. We accept T/T, L/C, D/P etc.

Q7. Is your quotation fixed as above?
