Working principle:

 

        When ultrasonic wave works on the surface of thermoplastic, it would cause thousands of vibration per second. The vibration which reaches certain degree will transfer the power to the welding area. High temperature will be caused at this moment. Due to the bad conductivity for heat, it can not dissipate the heat in time, so the contact surface will be melted quickly and welded together by some pressure.

 

Components:

 

       Ultrasonic welding machine is composed of air pressure drive system, control system, ultrasonic generator, transducer, tools and mechanism etc.
