A1: Yes, all products test can be passed by third party of ITS , SGS, etc.
We achieved the ISO9001:2008, also had passed factory audit by BSCI, SEDEX, SA8000, Disney and Mcdonald's.

A2: We provide daily used ceramic dinnerware mainly in material of normal white, super white, new bone china & solid color for new bone china, stone ware & stone ware solid color. Decorations include on-glaze and in-glaze.

A3: We are strong in making fashion designs, which are mainly come from Italian, French and Germany. We also have our own design teams to satisfy different market demand , 1 provincial level research laboratory for daily used ceramic, 1500 new designs per year.

A4: Yes, our goods have been selling to North America, South America, Europe, Japan, and Middle East and so on, since 1987.

A5: In generally, we quote FOB Shenzhen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against shipping documents. Or L/C at sight.

Q6: What's your production Lead-time for bulk order?
A6: Generally it takes 45-55days for quantity of 2*40H" and 60-70 days in peak season or OEM designs.

Q7: What's the lead-time for sample?
A7: Within 3 days for white body, 7-10 days for decorated sample, 10-15 days for OEM designs and shapes.

Q8: What about the cost for samples and their delivery?
A8: Free sample for our original products, shipping charge on buyer's cost, OEM designs will charge according to the design, the cost will be refunded once we get your bulk order

A9: Our company is founded in 1987, and factory is located in Guangxi Beiliu, from Guangzhou is around 5 hours by car.

A10: We have 2 white body production factories, 3 decoration factories, which can produce totally around 60 containers per week.
