Q:How do you control the bulk garment production quality ?

A5>.Production manager will follow our specification sheet to ask the cutter and sewing workers to make city lab t shirts .

A6>. Merchandiser test the bulk production fabric color fastness and confirm the fabric color.

A7>. Before Cutting, we will use the fabric inspect machine to check the material.

A8>. After cutting, QC will ask some checking workers to check all of the cutting panels.

A9>. QC will check all of the procedure when the sewing workers to sew it.

A10>.Before packing, our checking team will check the garment one by one, such as the craftmanship, stitchings and shapes, labeling etc.
