The machine has 6 working axles, first pair axles carry cardboard, eccentric right handle of upper axle can be adjusted according to cardboard’s thickness, and the distance between two axles is fit to carry cardboard. Second pair axles are alexs of slotting, eccentric right handle can be adjusted according to cardboard’s thickness; It is a good distance for cardboard slot cut. Cardboard processed is carried outside the machine by third axles and pressure board presses the cardboard in order to prevent tool from lifting the cardboard. In order to protect from blocking up there are 6 shaving paper tools to clear scraps of paper at all time.

Operation and adjustment
a) Before turning on the machine you should understand the equipment’s main function and structure and have and intimate knowledge of the whole rules of operation.
b) Before connecting with the mains you should check up the equipment’s system and electrical machinery, after connecting with the mains you should make electrical machinery turn without moving forward and turn run and
check up the direction of electrical machinery moving.
c) According to the size of cardboard processed you can loose horizontal and vertical handles and adjust the size,
you can turn on the machine and produce after placing cardboard smoothly.
d) There are two kind of cardboard: 2mm in thickness and 5mm in thickness, you should place the cardboard on working table and fix the cardboard with screw in the middle of the two slots, finally, you deliver the cardboard into
first part axles. It can pass the cardboard into first part axles. It can pass the cardboard of 1200mm in long and 300mm in width.
e) According to the demand of cardboard slot’s size you should adjust upper axle’s wheel tool and loose the left 3 stews, you can turn wheel tool axle in adjusted according t o graduation.
f) There are six pcs 180° wheel tools and six bottom slot tools in one machine, the tools are arranged on the 12tool bases. You can loose the stew of tool base and adjust the distance of the tow slots of cardboard.
Maintenance and Lubrication of machine
a) The bearings adopted by the machine should be examined and repaired and cleaned once from half a year to one year. Other skating position should be added from 20# to 30# engine oil once half a year. b) Before turning on the machine you should check up the impurity from wearing and tearing slot you should keep the working table clean and tidy.
