Product Description
It is mainly used to make charcoal/coal briquettes. It's very popular since its higher capacity and can produce higher density charcoal briquettes than normal charcoal briquettes machine. The raw coal is processed into a briquettes that is slightly larger than the table tennis. Later, the coal is processed into a cylinder, and the cylinder has a plurality of holes to make it look like a honeycomb. Fully burn coal and reduce waste.
Structure
1.Frame: It consists of a pressure plate and an engine base to form a skeleton body.
2.Transmission part: It consists of electric motor, belt traction, gear, transmission shaft and so on.
3.Stamping parts: consisting of four sliders, sliding beam, punch, punch seat, punching needle, movable platen,movable end mode, spring and so on.

Working principle
1. Put prepared material into the hopper and distributor will feed material into the molds under the hopper, then the pressure device will press the powder.
2. Powder will be formed to a certain shape under the stronger press.
3.Next, the briquette will be pressed out off the mold by auxiliary punch, and fall on the belt conveyor.
4.With the rotating of dieplate, this process will be continuous
