1. When you order, we confirm the printing design, documents and the information of forwarder.    
2. When the first bulk goods was finished, we will send you the photos of it to you to confirm.   
3. We will re-confirm the cartons size, weight and the container quantity.   
4. Ten days before the shipment inform customer the delivery time. (We could provide the self-inspection report, also the third party inspection is also available )   
5. When the goods shipment, we will send the shipping advice to you at our first time.   
6. After the ship sails, we will make all the documents for you to handle customs clearance, and then confirm with you by e-mail.   
7. Before the ship arrived at the destination, we will inform you in advance by 7 days.   
8. After you received our goods, we will send you the Client Service Table, if any suggestions or problems, please feel free to tell us.   

Q1: How long will you deliver the goods on board ?   
A:  20~30 days for 1x40HQ,15~20 days for 1*20feet.   
Q2: Have your product quality been approved by third party lab? 
A: Yes,all products are strictly tested by our QC,confirmed by QA and approved by third party lab in China,USA,Canada,Germany,UK,Italy,France etc.

Q3: Do you accept sample order? 
A: Yes,we accept small order from 20g,200g and 2kg for your evaluation quality of our goods. 

Q4: Is free samples  available? 
A: Yes,free sample could be provided,but shipping cost will be paid by customers.
