Overprint fine high speed automatic corrugated carton box flexo printing machine





  • Automatic 4 color corrugated carton flexo printer slotter die-cutter stacker machine.
  • The machine is controlled by computerized system(CNC) and PLC, it's very convenient to control the printing units and adjust the die cutting phase. with the characteristics like order storage ,quick order changing and convenient operation.
  • Equipped with digital touch screen to display the machine running situation and have the features of whole machine zero reset, preset function, printing and die cutting phase zero reset and adjustment.
  • The machine adopts suction lead edge feeding with roller-type whole adsorption, which has high speed and precision.
  • All the transmission gears use 45# chrome steel after high-frequency quenching and grinding in accordance with national standard.
  • All the transmission rolls are made of high quality steel with the chrome plated and grinding surface.
  • Motorized detachment and combination, pneumatic locking and loosening of each unit, along with alarm ring and light when the machine unit moving to improve the operation safety.
  • Different alarm ring will along with the machine launching and stopping. 
  • The machine is launched by pressing the start button with two hands, which ensure the operator's safety.
  • Each unit equips with emergency stop button.
  • There have different color of LED light to indicate the machine situation of power on, standby, running, and abnormal.
  • Electrical components, transmission bearings and gears, pneumatic control components etc. are all in accordance with the national standard.
  • Equipped with automatic lubrication system.



Main part


Lead edge feeder unit:
  • Automatic suction lead edge feeder equipped with a 7.5kw suction fan to feeding cardboard, the blowing rate is adjustable by the transducer according to the degree of crook of cardboard in order to transmit cardboard smoothly.
  • The main control pannel is composed of control buttons and touch screen, which is very convenient and reliable.
  • The machine is launched by pressing the start button with two hands, which ensure the operator's safety.
  • The side plate is electrical adjusted automatically while the backstop is adjusted manually. 
  • Sheet cleaner is equipped to remove the contaminants on the cardboard which will improves the printing quality.
  • The upper transmission roll is made of seamless steel tube, the surface is covered wearproof rubber, which is also good at avoiding crushing the cardboard.
  • The lower transmission roll is made of seamless steel tube, with the treatment of grinding, embossing, and chrome plated.
  • The transmission between the upper and lower transmission roll is driven by double slider coupling, which is good at reducing wear down and transmitting smoothly.
  • The transmission shaft equipped with electromagnetic friction clutch, for avoiding damaging the motor in case of misoperation or overload.     
  • Automatic counter for recording the cardboard supply quantity to show the output.



Printer unit:
  • All the rolls and shafts are made of high quality steel, with the treatment of dynamic balance correction, grinding and chrome plated. 
  • The printing phase position is and horizontal movement controlled automatically by touch screen with digital display, the phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of PLC and planetary gearing  mechanism.
  • Equipped with ink quantity monitoring system, the machine will alarm when out of ink, and stop feeding cardboard.
  • The printing plate is hanged by the hanging plate device, the printing roll is able to clockwise rotate and counter clockwise rotate which controlled by the foot switch, it's very convenient for installation and dismounting of printing plate.  
  • Manual gap adjustment via worm reducer with graduated dial indication such as gap between rubber roll and anilox roll, gap between anilox roll and printing roll etc.
  • Equipped with electromagnetic clutch break system to fix the printing phase, when separate the printing unit for adjusting the printing phase, the break system will prevent the gear move, keep the original position. 
  • Phase clear memory and reset after printing plate cleaning.
  • The distributing rubber roll is covered by wear proof rubber, it's good at ink transmission.
  • Steel anilox roll with the treatment of grinding, pressing overlapping curve and chrome plated.





Slotter unit:
  • The phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of PLC and planetary gearing mechanism.
  • Double slotting configuration, after pressing of prepressing wheel and pressing wheel, the carton box will reach better forming effect.
  • Precision linear guide horizontal displacement systems is equipped with slotting unit, the slotting knife seat, pressing wheel, trimming knife will moving precisely.
  • The slotting knives are made of high quality alloy steel, with heat treatment and grinding which ensure a long life.
  • Manual gap adjustment of prepressing wheel, pressing wheel, slotting knife seat.
  • Punching hole device is optional




Die cutter unit:
  • The die-cutting phase position is controlled automatically by touch screen with digital display, the phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of PLC and planetary gearing mechanism.
  • Die cutting roll lateral shifting adjustable by PLC and touch screen.
  • The die cutting roller is made of the high quality steel with the treatment of chrome plated and balance adjustment.
  • Mechanical soft roll is able to lateral movement for 40mm, to make the rubber wear evenly. 
  • The soft roller auto self grinding unit improves the usage of rubber sleeve, 3 or 4 times grinding and re-use is available.
  • Automatic compensation of linear velocity can guarantee that die-cutting size for each batch of cartons is in full accord. 
  • Imported polyurethane rubber is easy and convenient to install and has a long lifetime, able to die cutting for 12 million times.
  • The transmission gear is made of high quality steel with the treatment of accurate grinding, has the advantage of low noise and long lifetime.


Stacker unit:
  • Stacking height up to 1700mm
  • Cardboard collection could be operated manually or automatically.
  • The cardboard collecting speed synchronize with the cardboard feeding speed, also the collecting speed could be adjusted independently.
  • The platform lifting achieved by strength chain and equip with brake control device to keep stable position.
  • The collection platform equipped with anti-drop device in order to protect the operator’s safety.
  • A pneumatic controlled-plate will be pop-up to hold the coming substrate when a presetting height reaches.
  • Anti-slipping belt used for cardboard transfer which makes sure the cardboard do not slip.
  • The belt tension of collection arm could be adjusted independently.
