The bbq mat is high temperature resistance (-40 to 260℃ 500℉)， non stick grill mats are surprisingly thin, but will not burn or melt.
DO NOT place directly on Charcoal. Lay mat over grill grates about 7” from top of seasoned coals and go! For gas grills simply lay on top of the grill grates.
