This Europe Standard Fully Automatic Four Lanes Nespresso Coffee Pod Packaging Machine (Model: SKP-4) of Sunyi Machinery is fully automatic and muti-function coffee capsules filling sealing packaging machine, which is with higher-speed and lower-noise than ordinary coffee capsule filling machine.

With good appearance, stable performance, high filling speed and filling accuracy, this machine have won a variety of customers at home and abroad.
This machine main body frame and foodstuff contact part adopts food grade stainless steel. This machine can meet Max. 160-200cups/min. And we also have lower speed machine models (SKP-1, SKP-1N, SKP-2) and bigger capacity machine models (SKP-6, etc.) for your options.

Horizontal Capsule Loading (Option)
Manually putting the stackable capsule cup in the four lanes conveyor. The capsules cup will be transfered automatically to the next part when the machine is started. Then, a robot arm will pickup the cups and place them into the modules automatically. (Sunyi company Patented Innovation)
Vertical Cup Feeder (Option)
Manually putting the stackable capsule cup in the four vertical stacks. The capsules cup will be released into the modules automatically.


Rotary Cups Unscrambler & Elevator (Option)
Rotary Cups Unscrambler & elevator is used to turning the cups in order automatically. The customer only need to pour the cups into the elevator, then the cups will be turned in a line.
With photoelectric sensor, both the elevator and the round unscrambler can run to feed the cups automatically.


Auger Material Feeder (Option)
Automatically feeding the material into the machine hopper
Vacuum Pump Material Feeder (Option)
Automatically feeding the material into the machine hopper by vacuum pump suction.


Capsule Film Sensor
When the capsules is transfered here, the capsule film sensor is used to judge whether the film exists or not. If yes, it will go on to next part, which is important part before sealing.


Filling Stations
* Transparent visual window hopper to check the material clearly;
* Nitrogen Flush function from the filling station to the sealing station, including the visual hopper as well;
* Optional UV lamp sterilization
*Optional anti-static device for a better filling accuracy because the fresh powder will take place statics while flowing through the metal pipe.



Pre-cut Aluminum Lids
Automatic Suck and place the pre-cut lids onto the cups
Rolled Film Cutting & Sealing
Automatically cut the rolled film and form a lids and heat seal the lids onto the cups directly.
Then, there will be another twice-sealing station for better sealing effect.


Capsule Conveyor Belt
Manipulator will grasp the production and put them on the conveyor belt.When capsule is tra -nsfered to the part.The whole manufactur ing process will end.
