Because this is large 2G capacity game,  so it only work for original Sega Megadrive/Genesis game console.  Some high qualtiy clone consoles will also run out game cartridge.   But it couldn't work on any ATGame console.  "ATGame" console inner board design is very different from original game console,  it couldn't run this game cartridge.   You only can see the menu,  but you couldn't run it.   Please know this.
