A: We have more than thousands of items, even 1 item have different sizes and packages, it is really too hard to send you our entire catalogue and price list. Please tell us the items, size and package you are interested in, so that we can offer you the price list you want for your reference.

Q: Can I order small quantity (few hundreds pcs) or less than a container to start?
A: If you are buying these mailers bags for resell or wholesale, we suggest you consider ordering a 20'GP or 40'GP container to save your shipping cost. Because bubble mailers'volume is large , not cost effective to ship them alone for small quantity. But if you can take the shipping cost,or get other products to ship together by sea from China. We can offer you the small quantity order.

Q: I am a freshman want to selling your mailers, should I need to order full size mailers on my first order?
A: No, it's not necessary. We will give you our suggestion for the popular sizes on your location market.

Q: Do you accept customized size or custom printing?
A: Yes, Customize sizes and Customize printing are all available. please provide the size(Width*Length*Thickness), Color,logo and Quantity.

Q: Could you make my own designs?
A: Yes, we can, pls sent your designs to us.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Normaly, we accept T/T ,West Union, Trade Assurance,PayPal, etc.

Q: What is your samples policy?
A: Free for existing stock samples or standard size samples. Reasonable charge for custom size and custom printing,which will be fully or partly refunded when  the order is placed. Samples' shipping cost: Freight Collect.

Q: What is your Lead time? 
A: Gerneally speaking, 2 days for the stock sizes regularly. 15 days around for custom size or custom printing order for the first time. And 7-10days for the next orders.
