Q1: I Wonder if you accept small orders with my logo?
We accept small OEM orders. Feel free to send your inquiry and providing your artwork. We will do the rest. Furthermore, we can offer OEM samples for your evaluation.

Q2: How about your terms of sample?
We can provide standard samples free of charge depends on specifications and quantity. However , express fee shall bear by customers.

Q3: Do we have to pay the stencil cost again when we reorder next time ?
No, you just need to pay the stencil cost one time only if the size, the artwork doesn't change.

Q4: How can you guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always constantly check the quality in production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;

Q5: What is your terms of payment?
30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We accept inspector Bureau Veritas or China Certification & Inspection Group, others as well, before you pay the balance.

Q6: What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP small quantity by International courier, big quantity by land or by sea transportation.
