Question 1 .Can I decide the color or the print design for my order ?
Reply : Yes, you can . but minimum order quantity is required. you will need to offer pantone color or provide print design in .pdf or .ai format. you can also choose designs that we have already. pls contact our for assistance.
Question 2: Is there any quality test certificate required ?
Reply: It varies from different countries. European Union require CE certificate , Germany require LFGB , France require DGCCRF, and USA,Canada, New zealand,Australia require FDA report. but some other countries don't need certificate. pls consult your import agent or customs for more information. you will need to provide the H.s.code of the melamine 3924100000 when you check the information. Certificate always cost , you can contact some named test agency like SGS ,ITS,BV,etc. We can also do the test for you here in China.
Question 3 : How can I place order if my order quantity is less than Minimum order quantity required ?
Reply: You can visit the RTS category on our alibaba web shop to look for items that has stocks . stocked items does not require MOQ. and also delivery very fast,quickest in 24 hours.
Question 4 : How to judge the melamine quality ? I found many melamine items looks same, but price varies widely.
Reply: the melamine items price varies widely ,because of the material, destination market quality rule , the weight, the craft quality, packing ,designs, color ,etc. As a buyer , you mainly focus on the material and weight . Two principles : first one, the more heavier, the better quality and the higher the price will be. Second , 100% melamine is much expensive then 30% Melamine. 30% is cheap quality, which is for some cost-sensitive market, 100% is high quality,whcih is for market / buyer that has high quality requirement . for your reference, Europe & America market normally require 100% melamine to meet their quality rules in the market .
Question 5: I can not find the correct item on your alibaba web shop , what can i do then ?

Reply : Melamine H.s.code is 3924100000 , you will need to provide this code when you check the import policy.
Qestion 7. Can melamine be used in microwave / oven and home & industrial dishwasher ?
Reply : The safe temperature for melamine is -40oC to +100oC . melamine can not be used in microwave/ oven, but can safely be used in both home & industrial dishwasher.
Qestion 8. How to clean the melamine product?
Reply: always clean the melamine items with soft material dishcloth or sponge. steel scourer or hard scrub sponge will damage the items. the lifetime of the melamine can be more than 10 years if use them properly.
