STC-ECH2000 is an ultrasonic mental spot welding machine for Lithium-ion battery tab welding. This machine has the following advantages, firmly welding spot, low internal resistance of the welding spot, and neat appearance without oxidation traces. It can be applied in many effects by choosing relevant frequencies and powers according to different requirement.
Features:
● The conductibility after welding is good and the resistivity is very low.
● The welding can be perfectly conducted even if there are some contaminant or oxide exists on the metal surface. Ultrasonic have the function of cleaning.
● The workpiece don't need to pre-treatment. The fusion can be completed without solder and soldering paste, more economic, more convenient.
● The welding time is quite short, fusion can be completed within 0.1~2 seconds.
● The welding head is made of wear-resistant material and with great durability.
